Turkish ISP always on YouTube a little easier to make but not yet unlocked it yet

Even after the import permission of Twitter and a court decision in favor of GoogleYouTube in Turkey is still blocked. Use DNS server from Google, Level3 and OpenDNS, which, will forward them to the block access to the video-streaming site today but a bit easier to get, as the Wall Street Journal has confirmed that residents can again. More easily implemented with a VPN, as it finally opens access through this server after they have been blocked ten days ago. There is no public explanation of the ISPs or the Turkish Government, but hopefully unrestricted access to the best YouTube has to offer will come soon.
